We want you to be completely satisfied with your self-portrait purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-price items. Please ensure your garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided with your delivery.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
